In yet another shocking case, a man has killed his wife in a gruesome manner. The accused Dildar Ansari allegedly, chopped his wife into several pieces in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand. Local police has detained the accused.
Acoording to reports, victim Rubika Pahadan (22), was accused’s second wife. A local first spotted some body parts behind the Anganwadi centre in Borio Santhali area of the district. Local residents saw dogs feasting on the body part. They alerted the police.
The cops then rushed to the spot and started their investigation to know whose body part was it.
They later recovered other body parts from a locked house. The house was situated next to the spot. During the probe, the cops found that someone had brutally murdered Rubika inside the house. The house belongs to Moinul Ansari, the maternal uncle of Dildar Ansari. Police suspect that someone later chopped her body using an iron cutting machine.
The perpetrators later threw the body parts at different places in an apparent attempt to hide the murder. Someone had stocked the body parts inside a sack in the house. The accused used to dump them in nearby localities whenever he found convenient.
Police are also questioning the relatives of Dildar Ansari. They are his father Mustakim Ansari, mother Maryam Khatoon, first wife Gulera, sister Shareja Khatoon, brothers Amir Ansari and Mahtab Ansari.
So far, police has recovered fingers, shoulders, lower back, lung, stomach, forelimb and hip of the victim. Search has been on to find other parts.
“12 parts of the body of a 22-yr-old woman belonging to primitive tribal community found in Sahibganj. Some parts of body are still missing and search for them is underway. We have detained her husband Dildar Ansari. The deceased was his second wife,” SP Sahibganj told ANI.
“Rubika Pahadi was the 2nd wife of Dildar Ansari, he already had a wife. This was the cause of their personal dispute. Due to this, they murdered her and chopped her into pieces. The probe reveals the involvement of her husband. A probe is on,” Sudarshan Prasad Mandal, DIG Santhal told ANI.
“The killer chopped off the body into 18 pieces. As far as the question as to who was involved as the accused, we are still investigating,” added the DIG.
It reminds of another such brutal killing of Shraddha Walkar. Aftab Amin Poonawalla, her live-in partner, had murdered her. He had later cut off her body into 35 pieces.
