Vikas Divyakirti, founder and managing director of “Drishti IAS”, a popular institute among the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam aspirants, has landed himself in a controversy by passing objectionable remarks against mata Sita while teaching his students in a classroom.
A video of Divyakirti has gone viral in which he is talking to students. He is smirking in the video while making uncharitable comments on Hindu deities Ram and Sita.

“Ram further told Sita as far as you are concerned. As food is not worth eating after a dog licks ghee. Likewise, you are not suitable for me now…,” Divyakirti is further saying in this video.
Seeking a ban on the institute, Twitterati have expressed anger. Leading charge, Dr Sadhvi Prachi, National President Of Bhagwa Kranti Sena, posted his video and sought ban on the institute from the government. She compared Vikas Divyakirti’s centre Drishti IAS with a Madarasa.
Homi Devang Kapoor, said, “The librandu founder of Drishti IAS training institute Vikas Divakriti compares Dog licked food with mata sita. Anti-Hindu propaganda being spread in the garb of IAS coaching. Time to teach @drishtiias a lesson action should be taken against them.”
Muktanshu, added, “Coaching centres discussing sensitive religious texts with negative comments despite strong observation by recent Higher courts.”
Hindu IT Cell also vented anger against Vikas and his institute Drishti IAS. Its twitter handle posted, “This person has been on the abusive and concoction spree about Ramayana, Bhagwan, Ram and Mata Sita. In the name of IAS Coaching, this guy is preparing Hindu Haters through his misrepresentation of Hindu Itihaas & mocking Hindu Gods. Legal action is on the way…”
