Mysuru: A day after BJP MP Pratap Simha set a four-day deadline for officials to remove mosque-like structures at a bus stops, the local authorities have installed kalashas over them. The domes at bus shelters are no more visible.

However, the idea of installing kalashas on the domes at bus shelters has failed to placate Pratap Simha. He is sticking to his demand of removing the mosque-like structures at the bus shelter.

Also pictures of Hindu seers Shivaratri Rajendra Swami and Adijagadguru Shivarathreeshwara Shivayogi Swamy have also appeared at the bus shelter.

“I have given clear directions to officials to raze down the domes at bus shelters immediately. Despite the installations of kalashas, my stand on the issue remains unchanged. There is a lot of difference between Indo-Saracenic and Islamic structure,” he said.
