New Delhi: It is not hidden from people that the leadership of the Congress, especially Sonia Gandhi’s family, is not only anti-Hindu, but also very much inclined towards Christian interests.

To confirm this, information in this regard has trickled in the public domain, which the mainstream media has evaded.

In fact, a group of Christians had met Rahul Gandhi in Nanded during the Bharat Jodo Yatra on November 9. The group belongs to the General Convention of the Episcopal Churches in the Southern and South Eastern Asia. This group submitted a letter of demands to Rahul.

The letter calls Rahul Gandhi the future Prime Minister. The subject is: “Christian concerns for you to address when you become the Prime Minister”.Curiously it compares his Bharat Jodo Yatra with the long expedition of Mao Zedong.

Advertisment

It claims that just as Mao ended Manchurian monarchy in China through his expedition, Rahul Gandhi’s yatra would overthrow the “fascist” BJP government. They hope that Rahul will re-establish democracy in India, and 2024 Lok Sabha election would be a game changer.

Amusingly, Mao Zedong was one of the cruelest of dictators of China. He killed millions of his own people during his expeditions. These killings resulted in a civil war-like situation in China. Is this what the Christian group wants Rahul Gandhi to do and usurp power?

Christian subversive agenda

Through this letter, the group is making several demands. One of their demands is the granting of UGC recognition to Serampore College. It is a Baptist Christian Educational Institution, situated in West Bengal.

It is worth noting here that this college mainly imparts Christian religious education including graduation, masters and doctorate studies. Most states of our country do not recognise its degrees, except in Northeastern states.

The group is demanding that authorities should name the Car Nicobar Island after Bishop John Richardson. Incidentally, locals have accused Richardson of converting Hindus to Christianity in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He is distributing Bible translated in Nicobarese language.

The conversion of the local people resulted in massive demographic changes. It also paved the way for Richardson to win Lok Sabha election from Andaman and Nicobar Islands in 1952. He not only became a MP, but Indira Gandhi led government bestowed Padma Bhushan on him. Perhaps to appease Christians of the region.

The group is demanding the continuation of policy of giving benefits to converted Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. As everywhere, conversions lead to local unrest. In India, conversions to Christianity are leading to disruption of indigenous Sanatana society.

This demand is in contrast to the demands of the Vanavasis who are suffering due to conversions. They are demanding the government to stop giving benefits to the converts. Otherwise it has the potential of changing the demographics of an area.

Is it a new developing nexus between Rahul Gandhi and the Church? Or is it just coming to light? Church wants Rahul to be the PM of India. Comparing him with a dictator like Mao Zedong and calling a democratically elected government ‘fascist’. These are not good indications.
