Hindus continue to be a target of Islamic terrorism in Kashmir. The latest incident of Islamic terror attack on Hindus is from Anantnag district of South Kashmir. Suspected Islamic terrorists attacked two innocent migrant labourers on Thursday. As per reports, the terrorists shot at and greviously injured the two victims.

One worker hails from Bihar and another from Nepal. The poor duo was working in a private school when they were attacked. One of them is critical while another is said to be out of danger.

After entering inside the Sabir Abdullah Public School (SAPS) at Bondialgam neighbourhood, the assailants asked the workers to come out. The militants called them out on the pretext of engaging them in some work. As they stepped out, militants opened fire on them.

Police officials are promising that police will bring the terrorists to justice. Additional Director General of Police (Kashmir) Vijay Kumar termed the attack as “cowardice and inhuman act of terrorism.” Meanwhile, having cordoned off the area, a joint team of J-K Police, army and paramilitary forces have launched search operations to trace the militants.

13 killed in targeted attacks

A series of targeted killings of the workers from outside Kashmir and also the members of the minority community have seen phenomenal rise this year.

Terrorists have killed 10 non- local workers, including a bank manager and a teacher in Kashmir this year. The number of injured is far more. Besides, Islamic terror attack on Hindus has claimed three Kashmiri Hindus also.

Four militants neutralised by forces

The security forces have killed four terrorists in separate anti-terrorist encounters in south Kashmir.

According to reports, the forces have neutralised LeT Commander Mukhtar Bhat along with three other terrorists. Forces have recovered An AK-74 rifle, AK-56 rifle, and pistol from their possession. He along with a foreign terrorist was going for a fidayeen attack on a Security Forces camp.
